Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the RodCone SDK, API, and Intelligence Cloud platform (the "Service") operated by RodCone, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Use License & SDK Usage

RodCone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our SDK and API for the purpose of developing and supporting your mobile applications, subject to these Terms.

  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SDK.
  • You may not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations, including but not limited to privacy laws regarding recording individuals without consent.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your application provides adequate notice and obtains necessary consents from users regarding camera and microphone usage.

3. API Usage & Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit the number of API requests that you can make to our Service to protect the stability of the system. We may throttle or block requests that exceed reasonable limits or appear malicious.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RodCone, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RodCone, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
